Booking and Cost

Our rates are £70 per night, book 6 nights and get the 7th free!
15% Reduction for single occupancy.
Champagne, flowers, cake, additional food/drink will be extra.

* There is usually a minimum stay of 2 nights at weekends and high season.Early booking advisable.

* A deposit equal to one nights charge is required to secure a booking and balances are payable on arrival.

* Payment can be in cash or cheque backed by cheque card made payable to L. Armour.

* In the event of cancellation or shortening your booking the deposit is non-refundable, unless we are able to re-let the room. If you tell us less than 14 days before your arrival date or after arrival you will have to pay the for the days you booked if we are unable to re-let the room.

* You can obtain insurance to protect yourself against this possibility.

* You can pre-arrange a checking in time although this is generally not before 2pm. Check out time is 11am, unless by prior arrangement.

* There is no smoking anywhere in the house. If you break this rule you will be asked to leave immediately.

* We regret that the space is not suitable for children or pets.We have two small westie dogs who stay on the ground floor.
