Finola and Liz ensure a warm welcome to women, particularly lesbians, to take advantage of this lovely private space for a most undisturbed break, long or short. With an en-suite bathroom and purpose built kitchenette and dining area you can please yourselves when to come and go. This is an ideal space to relax in after walking the Downs, cycling by the sea, browsing through Brighton's Lanes or gently exploring the wonders of Worthing. We are also within easy reach of Arundel, Chichester, Goodwood and Glyndebourne.

We aim to provide a unique space where all women will feel comfortable. We particularly welcome lesbians/ gay women. We are friendly but not intrusive. We will do our very best to help you enjoy your stay with us and look forward to meeting you.
